  After being fed up with the VA claims process, I did extensive research and found attorney. Words cannot express the level of expertise, knowledge and ability that Travis Studdard possesses. The intake process was very lengthy and thorough (which told me these were the right folks for the job). We took our time, gathered all the relevant evidence, statements etc... and submitted my claim January 1, 2017. My QTC exams were in the beginning of March and by the end of that same month I had my decision rendered. The VA found in our favor, in every aspect we filed for, increasing my rating to 100%! Travis and his staff not only exceeded our expectations but made you feel like a person and not just another file. He truly cares about their work with deserving veterans and is highly recommended to any vet needing representation. He is now my "go to guy" for all VA compensation and pension matters!

  Had a great experience with Jason Perkins and his team. He settled my workers comp case with my employer which allowed me time to recover and start my career and my life over after my debilitating injury. He forced my employer's insurance company to approve my treatments and my surgery, pay for my expenses and handeled all the details and communications. He was super responsive to all my questions, even several years after my case settled, he still assists me when I have legal questions about my disability or need referals for other legal services. Jason held my hand through everything, dealing with HR, depositions, doctors, my surgery, recovery, my termination from employment, dealing with LTD insurance.....if ever there was something outside his specialty, he had a great network of lawyers to refer my questions to. He is also a patient, polite, friendly and meticulous. Been wanting to write this review for a long time! Thanks, Jason.

  I was injured on the job in 2014. After having a horrible time with my workers comp insurance I hired Jason Perkins, with his help I was able to receive the care I deserved, as well as getting the insurance company off my back. He and his team were truly awesome! They were always there for me every time with out fail. Jason always took the time to address my concerns and made absolutely sure that I understand everything every step of the way. His office staff are extremely knowledgeable. I couldn't have asked for someone better on my side. I truly feel like they went above and beyond for me all the way through settlement.
