- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Absolutely horrible service! I had a package that was guaranteed delivery for yesterday. The tracking tool says it was delivered in my mailbox. It was not. I called USPS customer service and waited on hold for almost an hour. Finally, I was told that the package was still at the local post office but for some reason it was scanned as delivered. They notified the post office of the issue. Later, I got a call from the post office and now they are saying that my package was delivered and it's not at the post office. THE PACKAGE WAS NOT IN MY MAILBOX SO WHERE IS IT?! I don't have money to waste for people to be careless with my packages. No one knows where it is! - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆These people don't know how to deliver a package correctly. Supposidly a "notice" was left at my door because they tried to deliver a package. Nothing was on my front door or in my mailbox. I figured it was because I had to sign for it but I got the package the next day and they just stuck it in the mailbox.
